Location: Covering Loughton, Epping, and Chingford
Salary: �40,000 + Company Van + Dual Fuel Card | OTE: �48,000 with call-outs and benefits

About the Role: Our client, in the social housing sector, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join their maintenance team. You'll be responsible for electrical repairs, testing, and general maintenance, ensuring homes across Loughton, Epping, and Chingford remain safe and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied and void properties.
• Conduct inspections and testing, ensuring compliance with current standards.
• Identify and report any safety hazards or necessary repairs, prioritising customer and tenant safety.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Inspection and Testing (2391 or equivalent).
• Prior experience in social housing or a similar environment is highly advantageous.
