Area: Westminster

Salary: Up to £40,000 (£45,000+ OTE)

This role is within the housing maintenance sector covering Social Housing properties.

Duties:

• Maintenance


• EICRs & Remedial Works


• Upgrades


• Installation works

Requirements:

• 18th edition


• 2391 (Preferred)


• NVQ L3


• Social housing/High Volume Maintenance experience


• UK Driving license
