Electrician, East Kilbride, Salary from £36,000 to £40,000 per annum + £50K OTE, Unlimited Overtime + Company Van Package + Company Pension!





Electrician required to join a leading FM company on a mobile basis in the East Kilbride area. The role of the Electrician is to carry out reactive and scheduled maintenance work on electrical systems, as well as diagnosing and resolving faults.

Electrician’s Responsibilities:




  • Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems in diverse commercial environments, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems, and emergency lighting.

  • Maintain accurate records through our advanced computerized maintenance management system.

  • Identify and resolve faults while ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

  • Work closely with clients to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.



 



Electrician’s Requirements:




  • 17th, or 18th edition qualification.

  • Recognised apprenticeship SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.

  • Full UK driving license.

  • Prior experience working within Facilities Management or Building Services.
