Electrician

Electricians required to start immediately on a social housing scheme to work in Halifax.

The Client

Our client is a large main contractor who operates nationwide and works alongside councils, housing associations and insurance companies.

The Role

Main duties are electrical installations on ground source heat pumps on a mixture of tenanted and void properties. The working hours are 40 per week, the hourly rate is �22-23 per hour CIS/Umbrella, and the role comes with a van and fuel card.

This role is on a temp to perm basis with the temp side lasting 3-4 months.

There is street parking on site.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or similar qualification
• 18th Edition
• Social Housing Experience
• Own Tools
• Driving Licence (6 points max)
• Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
