Electrician

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrician�to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an Electrician�who wants to work in a diverse role�where no two days are the same.

As the Electrician,�you will�provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Electrician,�will be responsible for:

• Carrying out electrical safety checks.


• PAT testing.


• Planned and reactive maintenance and repairs.


• Undertake�some installation works.��


• You must be able to work to high levels of health and safety.


• Understand and be able to work to building statutory requirements.


• Ensuring�regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.�

To be successful for this Electrician role you must have:

• The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities or mobile maintenance within the construction sector, or similar.


• Qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds 2330


• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation


• 18th edition


• Ideally you will have test and inspect 2391.


• You should have a full, current, driving licence.


• IT literate for record keeping.


• Have good customer service skills.


• Physically able.
