Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission Solar PV systems on domestic and commercial properties across Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Wiltshire, and the West of England.
  • Ensure all electrical installations meet the highest certifications and industry standards.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, exceeding client expectations.


Key Duties:

  • Diary & Job Management: Review weekly job details and flag any concerns.
  • Van & Equipment: Maintain van condition, report any damage, and stock up on equipment as needed.
  • Customer Care: Contact clients with ETAs, review installation plans, and handle changes or concerns promptly.
  • Health & Safety: Conduct site inspections, ensuring scaffolding is safe and PPE is worn at all times.
  • Electrical Installation: Wire and connect solar panels, inverters, EV chargers, and ensure system functionality through testing.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve electrical issues or seek support when needed.
  • Reporting: Upload photos of installations and confirm job completion via company chat.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 2 years' electrical experience
  • 18th Edition certificate
  • AM2 qualification
  • Clean driver's license (preferred)
  • Familiar with solar PV systems and health & safety protocols


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communicator, calm under pressure, self-motivated
