Electricians required in Exeter Area (EX5) for a Permanent position

Required: Electricians (Commercial or Maintenance)

Location: Exeter area

Employment: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Salary (JIB/ECS Approved) Electrician: £18.40p/hr (circa £40,600p/a)

Salary (JIB/ECS Graded) Electrician: £16.84p/hr (circa £37,200p/a)

Standard Working Week: 37.5hrs (typically working 42.5-45hrs p/w)

Holiday: 22 days + 8 Bank Holidays

Pension: Company pension scheme

Vehicle: Company van (for business use)

On call rota: 1/7

Work Locations: mostly Devon, sometimes Cornwall/Somerset/Dorset but always

Employed from Home: ½ hour travel time given each way

Company working for:

Established in Devon for over 50 years and employing over 40 long term staff. Working on commercial (offices, schools, data, fire alarms, PV/EV etc) electrical work both large and small, offering clients an individual service with project management, design & installation.

Also required:

Maintenance Electricians for the same business. To work on PPM or reactive works on mainly commercial projects (see below) but also some small installations. For this role you would require City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing (or similar) to carry our period inspections.
