This is an opportunity for an experienced Electrical Technician to join a highly skilled Production team. The successful candidate will undertake complex electrical and diesel forklift truck conversions to be used in hazardous areas.
As an Electrical Technician, it is essential that you have demonstrable experience within a bespoke or low volume electrical role, ideally some mechanical fitting experience, and sound knowledge of panel or automotive electrical wiring, light fabrication skills will be beneficial.
You will also have an ability to read and understand technical drawings and processes.
Although awareness of quality assurance and experience of Zone 1 and Zone 2 conversions is desirable, it is not crucial.
Having a proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving is a key skill in being successful in this role, whilst also exemplifying a strong team work ethic and a willingness to learn.
