Working at a start up gives you lots of autonomy. You can have freedom in your designs and if the tech is like this, you can contribute to building something very cool!

The team are central London based. There's 10 of them and they are a close bunch with a strong culture; friendships transcend the office and the positive nature of the environment shows in their work. They are all contributing in their own way to building a new wearable device.

It's one of those devices that utilizes what I would refer to as "Tech of the future". Bleeding edge even!

Whilst it has several applications, one of the most impactful would be in healthcare and its ability to aid rehabilitation and mobility within injury recovery.

As it's a wearable device you need to be comfortable with low-powered, battery run devices that are Bluetooth connected.

As it's start up you need to be a self starter, roll up your sleeves and get stuck into all sort of solutions to technical challenges.

The tech criteria you need to tick is:

• Electronics design experience
• Ability to work independently and find solutions
• BLE / Bluetooth / RF
• Firmware knowledge (Embedded C)
• Strong communication to work with their design consultancy partner

It's a huge bonus if you have pushed through devices into manufacture as that isn't too far in the future!

Office is London but enjoy hybrid working. They aim to be in the office 2-3 days a week roughly.
