We are seeking a talented Electronics Design Engineer with a strong background in electronics and mechanics to join our innovative team. You will play a crucial role in system design, integration, and reliability for our advanced electromechanical products used in material testing and food & beverage industries.
This position offers the opportunity to work with complex systems in precision measurements, allowing you to apply your expertise across multiple engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and assemble electronics and system integrations for precision instruments
- Identify and implement product improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and reduce costs
- Develop automated test systems to monitor instrument performance
- Troubleshoot hardware and electronic faults in production units and new products
- Create technical documentation including requirements specifications, PCB schematics, test reports, and engineering change notes
- Contribute to new product development as part of our R&D/Engineering team
- Support production improvements through the Engineering Change Note process
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 3-5 years' relevant experience
- Proven experience with electrical/electronic instrumentation and troubleshooting
- Strong background in digital and analogue electronics design using KiCAD
- Experience with embedded electronics (I2C, SPI, MCU)
- Knowledge of industrial design and mechanical manufacturing environments
- Hands-on approach with excellent practical skills
- EMC/LVD testing experience for CE marking (beneficial)
- German language skills (advantageous)
Technical Skills
- Component-level electronics troubleshooting (wiring, fuses, switches, heaters, motors)
- PCB design and manufacturing support
- Test instrumentation development and automation
- Experience with version control systems (preferably Git)
- Experience with material testing or gas processing systems (desirable)

- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
- Methodical approach with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proactive with good energy and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable with occasional travel to Germany or Netherlands
