Electronics Development Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for a new Development Manager to join a growing engineering business based in Chester. This business develops cutting edge technology used across multiple different industries but have a big presence in the scientific market.

As the Development Manager , youll be reporting to R&D Manager on day-to-day basis but will be given the freedom and autonomy to lead the team of electronics, firmware and software engineers. Experience managing team members is required and your role will be pivotal in growing the team over the next few years.

Youll be required to organise work priorities, assignments, and approvals of work. The Development Manager will be hands on in giving guidance and support to your team members as well as collaborating with other departments.

Development Manager requirements:

Degree qualified in Electronics/Physics/Engineering (or similar)
Electronics Engineering background
Electronics Manufacturing environment
Analogue & Digital Circuit Design
Experience in leadership/management
