The Opportunity
A market-leading defence technology organisation developing advanced hardware solutions for some of the most demanding operational environments seeks experienced & skilled Electronics Engineers to join their growing team. You will be collaborating with over 150 skilled professionals from diverse backgrounds spanning engineering, mathematics and physics to deliver complex electronics, RF, FPGA, software, and signal processing for high-impact, mission-critical projects.
The Role
In this role, you will be involved in the full engineering lifecycle, from problem-solving and concept creation through to final product delivery of complex defence electronics. Expect rapid design cycles, hands-on prototyping, and the opportunity to recurrently witness your ideas come to life. As a pivotal market influencer in the UK defence industry, our client fosters a start-up-like environment with significant scope for innovation, collaboration, and technical growth towards the delivery of advanced mission electronics.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven expertise in High-Speed or RF PCB Design (non-negotiable)
Circuit design and component selection experience
Willingness to work onsite in our secure development environment
Eligible for UK Security Clearance
Benefits Package
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000
Bonus: Variable bonus up to 5%
On-site Working: Potential for 4 day working week
Miscellaneous: Green Care Scheme, Private Health Plans and Shopping Discounts
