Electronics Team Leader

An opportunity to work at the forefront of cryptographic solutions utilised in critical areas within UK defence and intelligence enabling mission success in some of the most challenging environments.
The Hardware Division specialises in both analogue and high speed digital electronic hardware and, as a Team Leader, you will play a key role in providing leadership and technical expertise on a range of research, development and production programmes.
Accountabilities
You will design, develop, test and deliver high quality electronic hardware, in line with the hardware development process, and ensure that it meets customer requirements as well as complying with relevant government regulations. You will also provide technical direction and ensure that the correct architectural and design approaches are applied.
Requirements
This role would suit an experienced Electronics Engineer who has worked with high-speed digital designs, analogue circuit design, power supply design and complex designs requiring multi-layer PCBs.
Clearance
Eligibility to undergo the highest level of UK Security Clearance is essential.

Location
Due to the nature of the work, this will be on site in a modern, purpose-built environment with excellent facilities.

The interview process will be 2 stages. One conducted remotely with a second on site.
