Job Title: Email Marketing ManagerSalary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annumLocation: London, HammersmithOur Client:I am partnered with a market-leading E-commerce & Retail brand specialists in luxury gifts. They are a collective of brands under a group that are all B2C award-winning companies that are growing at a rapid rate!Role Overview:The Email Marketing Manager is going to be looking after the 4 brands and going to be managing the Email Marketing strategy, as well as the execution of campaigns. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about Email, CRM, Automation, Data-driven strategies, and passionate about B2C campaigns. You will have full ownership of the CRM functionality and support from a Marketing executive for deploying campaigns. Key Responsibilities:Continuous improvement on the customer journey, and creating engaging & exceptional visual journeys for customers.Develop, design, and execute weekly email content that resonates with the audience and drives engagement.Creating automated Email Strategies, implementing, and managing automated email campaigns that cater to various customer segmentsRegularly analyzing and reporting on the performance of email campaigns, utilizing insights to drive improvements and strategies.Essential Skills:3+ years experience in an email marketing / CRM roleAdvanced knowledge of ESP / CRM platformsAdvanced knowledge of audience segmentation and personalisation techniquesAdvanced analytics and reporting skills - experience in data-driven marketing and a solid understanding of analyticsBenefits:Hybrid working (2-3 days in office)23 days paid holiday per year (plus Bank Holidays) - entitlement will increase every year after 2 years of serviceAnnual Bonus SchemeCycle2Work schemeDiscount Scheme (over 500 Brands) within the Retail & Consumer brands spaceDiscounted Private HealthcareA dog-friendly office!
