Cambridge– Embedded Software Engineer- Advanced LightingMy Client is an advanced lighting company who are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join their valuable team. In this role, you'll be pivotal to the business, leveraging your expertise in embedded software and electronics. Joining a close-knit, focused team, you'll collaborate on the creation of innovative lighting products.Main Duties:+ Define and develop new embedded products+ Work collaboratively within a team to deliver innovative solutions- work with hardware, software, mechanical and test engineers+ Develop high-quality embedded software using C/C++.+ Design tools and scripts to facilitate efficient testing.Skills and Experience Required:2+ years experience with Embedded C/C++Relevant degreeEmbedded C on microcontrollersSerial and communication interfacesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRight to work in UKDesirable experience:Automotive industry experienceIndustrial machine industry experienceThe salary for this position will be circa £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.If you feel like you have the right skills and experience then please apply with a copy of your updated CV and I will be in touch with more details.
