Embedded Software Engineer

RLE International is working on behalf of their Essex based Automotive Client, who are currently looking for a Embedded Software Engineer to support and join their expanding team.

Position Description:
Rate: Negotiable (VIA Umbrella PAYE)
Embedded Software Engineer to maintain and develop automotive software controls for our client’s vehicle propulsion team.
Skills Required:
* Programming language knowledge and systems engineering from requirement definition, traceability through the design to test and integration using simulated and target environments.
* Clear communicator, ability to respond positively on time limited issues and to prioritise several tasks.
Skills Preferred:
Matlab/Simulink, C+
Experience Required:
* Knowledge of embedded software development
Experience Preferred:
Agile using Jira, Windows
Controls development
Education Required:
Degree or significant software experience
Education Preferred:
Degree in software related discipline
Additional Information:
** INSIDE IR35**
Hybrid working, on-site typically 3 days and as required.
Full valid UK driving license.
