Embedded Software Engineer - Glamorgan - up to �60,000 + Benefits - Ref 1778

I am currently recruiting for an Embedded Software Engineer to work for a cutting-edge technology company based in Glamorgan Salary up to �60,000 + Benefits.

The organisation has been in operation for many years and are worldwide leaders within the design, development, and manufacture of their highly intelligent products. As a business they turnover north of �85m, employ 500 people and are constantly evolving their legacy products as well as designing and developing new innovative products to bring to market.

In line with demand for their products and to support the business with their growth plans they have the need to appoint another Embedded Software Engineer on a permanent basis.

In this role as an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing Embedded Software, typically in C. This will be safety critical software and therefore you will be involved in creating all the necessary documentation to support to code which will in essence aid with the necessary approvals and audits.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as an Embedded Software Engineer / Firmware Engineer or similar
  • Experience developing safety critical software (ideally to 60335 or 62304)
  • Experience creating software documentation
