EMEA Payroll Manager

Job Title: EMEA Payroll Manager 
Salary: £65,000 per annum
Location: Central London, hybrid
  
JGA are partnered with a well-known Tech business seeking an EMEA Payroll Manager based in central London.
We are seeking a payroll professional with strong strategic skills (implementation, centralisation) and EMEA payroll experience. 
  
Responsibilities:

• Leading EMEA Payroll 
• Owning payroll policies and procedures across EMEA 
• SME for payroll operations and maintaining awareness of changes in payroll legislation
• Stakeholder management 
• Continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Payroll implementation in line with broader M&A activity. 

Skills:

• Demonstrable experience delivering payroll across multiple countries. 
• Managing external payroll providers. 
• Project management ability
