We are supporting an Education organisation in the West Yorkshire region to recruit an interim to support on employee relations casework.
Main role responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of employee relations issues including complex cases
- Provide expert advice, support to key stakeholders
- Provide policy and process training to stakeholders where appropriate
- Conduct investigations where required
- Attendance of disciplinaries where necessary
Essential skills and experience:
- Associate CIPD Status or equivalent by experience;
- Demonstrable experience of employee relations caseload cases;
- Desirable experience within a Higher Education environment;��
