What You Will Be Doing: ● Serving as a primary point of contact for employee enquiries, concerns, and conflicts, providing guidance and resolutions across the 3 DCs in the UK. ● Supporting Investigation Managers with investigations, ensuring due process and policy is being followed. ● Support and facilitate disciplinary processes as necessary, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes across the sites. ● Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. ● Dealing with day-to-day queries from Colleagues – reporting to the Employee Relations Lead and liaising with management as required. ● Working closely with the People Services team to ensure strong communication and develop consistency between the teams. ● Provide guidance, building relationships and support to managers on performance-related matters, including managing the probation periods of employees; coaching, feedback, and personal development plans. ● Leading or being involved in ad hoc projects as and when required. Who You Are: You will have previous experience in a HR advisory role, advisingsupporting managers on employee relations issues. Hard skills: Including Google Suite, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, HRIS systems, Workday experience. Soft skills: Strong Communication (Written and Verbal), Problem Solving, Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
