Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Employee Relations Manager in Sutton. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours. The employer can offer hybrid working

The job:

Providing professional advice and guidance to support them in the day to day operational management of ER services.

Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures, transactional and operational processes, to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Where appropriate, discuss/consult trade unions on changes and develop and deliver necessary briefings, management workflows and training sessions
Work with colleagues across the HR service to deliver HR development projects and new approaches as part of the wider HR Strategy and development
Provide advice on employment terms and conditions - national, local and service agreementsThe candidate:

Previous work experience in a similar capacity in an educational setting is essential
MCIPD, or equivalent experience, is essential
