Employee Relations Manager
to join the team on a permanent basis. Please note - this is an individual contributor role.
This is a highly autonomous role where you will be responsible for managing all casework allocated to you, leading end to end. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the firm's employee relations strategy and improve employee well-being within the firm and increase of employee engagement.
Due to this role having an EMEA remit, you must have international ER or HR experience.

More specifically, as an Employee Relations Manager, you will be responsible for;
Delivering specialist advice and support to line managers and senior stakeholders across the business on all aspects of ER and employee wellbeing.
Proactively identifying issues and advising individuals on risks and options, to positively manage and resolve situations
Being the subject matter expect across policy and best practice, and advising / leading with regards to ER cases such as disciplinary, grievance, severance, redundancy and performance management
Identifying and resolving employee complaints, working with line managers to minimise risk and resolve disputes
Working closely with HR BPs to manage long term cases such as sickness/absence, agreeing support, adjustments and action plans
Understanding and analysing ER/HR data to report to the board
Maintaining up to date and relevant knowledge by partnering with external providers and implementing an ER strategy
To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrable experience in a specialist Employee Relations role covering a number of locations OR have in depth knowledge and understanding from an HR Business Partner role or practicing as an Employment Lawyer (PQE 5+).
You must be experienced in policy review and development, and have shown an ability to build, influence and maintain successful and effective relationships across a complex organisation.
An understanding of international administrative law is a strong preference.
