Job Description
Ardeta Search is partnering with a Global Logistics organisation to recruit an Employee Relations Specialist on a permanent basis. This is an exciting role for somebody that has a passion and interest for Employee Relations and a strong focus on Industrial relations.
Your Responsibilities.
Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues, employment law, and best practices.
Develop and implement strategies to maintain a positive industrial relations environment.
Manage grievance and disciplinary procedures in compliance with legal and company standards.
Serve as the main liaison between management and trade unions, ensuring effective and transparent communication.
Lead negotiations and consultations with trade unions on collective bargaining agreements, disputes, and policy changes.
Monitor industrial relations trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations, with a strong focus on industrial relations and trade union negotiations. Experience in working with Unite reps is desirable.
Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and industrial relations legislation.
Proven experience in collective bargaining and managing industrial disputes.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
This is an exciting role working with an excellent organisation on a permanent basis salary circa £55,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
