For you, it means more to make an impact that matters, through challenging projects which demand ambitious innovation and thought leadership.Be part of an exciting team where you will be challenged every day.Collaborate and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.The RoleAs an Employer Branding Intern, you will work closely with the UK&I Head of Recruitment, Early Careers and Marketing team including external stakeholders to develop innovative ideas that contribute to employer branding efforts. You will also often collaborate with different teams giving you an all-round experience of the hiring and staffing function. Key Responsibilities:Regularly review and update the onboarding materials and communication shared with new joiners (induction booklets, induction presentations, emails, etc.) to reflect the latest information about the company, culture, values, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with internal (the Marketing team) and external stakeholders (recruitment advertising agency) to identify opportunities for promoting the employer brand. Organise and participate in events to attract top candidates and showcase our tech vision (recruitment events, career fairs, campus activities, etc.).Research and identify relevant industry awards and recognition programmes highlighting TCS as an employer of choice, and consequently, prepare compelling award applications.Conduct candidate experience surveys to assess various aspects of the candidate experience, such as the application process, interview experience, communication, and overall satisfaction. Work with Early Careers team on Work-experience/ Insights Day and other engagements.Network with Career advisors from universities, design and plan engagements based on academic calendar.Your ProfileKey Skills/Knowledge/Experience:A degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Marketing or related area.
