Orchard Professional Solutions� Ltd are working with an ambitious, modern and dynamic law firm who have a strong Nationwide presence. Our Client specialise in providing comprehensive legal services and are looking for a qualified and experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis.



Key Responsibilities;




  • Provide comprehensive legal advice on employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and employment contracts

  • Represent clients in employment tribunals and courts

  • Prepare and manage cases, including drafting pleadings, witness statements and negotiations

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of employment law and related legislation

  • Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and legal procedures

  • Provide excellent client services, maintaining clear communication and address any client concerns

  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of legal practice



Required skills and experience:




  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law

  • Proven track record of handling both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters

  • Excellent advocacy, negotiation and communication skills

  • Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
