Job Description: The firm is seeking an Employment Lawyer with over 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their Employment team. The successful candidate will handle complex employment law matters, advising both local and international clients across a wide range of industries. Key areas of responsibility will include: Providing strategic employment law advice, including on complex tribunal claims, cross-border issues, and senior executive matters Advising clients on M&A transactions, outsourcing, and restructuring processes Handling high-level grievances, discrimination cases, whistleblowing claims, and other executive-level employment matters Collaborating with international teams on global projects, including cross-border consultations and executive compensation Engaging with clients on gender pay gap audits, reward philosophy projects, and large-scale change management initiatives Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of employment law matters efficiently Deliver innovative, commercial legal solutions that help clients meet their strategic objectives Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted business partner Work closely with international colleagues to deliver cross-border employment law solutions Contribute to the firm's business development efforts by participating in multi-disciplinary and cross-office initiatives Requirements: Qualified solicitor with over 3 years PQE in employment law, preferably in a commercial practice Strong technical and market knowledge, particularly in tribunal claims, strategic advice, and cross-border issues Experience in senior executive employment law matters, including termination and compensation Dual qualification in Northern Ireland and either England & Wales or the Republic of Ireland (advantageous) Excellent communication skills, with a commercial mindset and a strong team ethic Benefits: Competitive salary and bonus structure First-class training and career development, including monthly 1:1s and biannual appraisals Opportunities for early responsibility and client relationship development A dynamic, market-leading global team with a supportive working environment To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity, please send an up-to-date CV via the link provided or contact Samuel Neilly, Legal Recruitment Specialist at MCS Group on Skills: Employment Law Tribunal claims cross-border issues
