Employment Paralegal

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a growing local authority based in Plymouth. They are seeking a Employment Paralegal �to join their team on a full time basis.

This role pays a competitive rate of �20-�23 per hour umbrella depending on experience and is on a 3 months contract with potential to extend.

Responsibilities as a Employment Paralegal:

• Draft employment contracts, severance agreements, employee handbooks, policies, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct research on employment laws, case precedents, and regulatory compliance.
• Gather and review evidence, organise case files, and coordinate depositions or witness interviews.

About you as an Employment Paralegal:

• A good working knowledge of employment law
• 2+ years of experience in employment law or litigation support
• Good communication skills written and Verbal
