Employment Solicitor (Remote)

An excellent opportunity to work in-house in a team of employment lawyers and paralegals supporting a well-known organisation. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in tribunal litigation. The role is fully remote and solely focussed on ET claims management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders in the business responding to ET claims


• Responsible for all ET claim documentation including witness statements and grounds of resistance.


• Supervise paralegals


• Handling a busy caseload representing the employer in tribunal claims


• Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.


• ET litigation expert


• Ideally 5 year PQE


• Must have experience supervising paralegals


• Respondent experience preferred.
