Role Overv iew: As an Employment Solicitor, you will be involved in a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters. Your responsibilities will inc lude: Advising clients on contractual disputes, disciplinary matters, unfair and wrongful dismissals, redundancies, TUPE, discrimination, whistleblowing, and post-termination restric tions.Drafting and enforcing confidentiality agreements and handling complex contracts and remuneration pac kages.Providing strategic advice on severances, exits, and compensation packages for senior execu tives.Working closely with colleagues in reputation management, corporate, insolvency, pensions, and immigration to provide comprehensive, joined-up a dvice. Your role will involve direct interaction with a diverse client base, including UK-based individuals, medium-sized companies, and charities, with particular experience in the health and social care sector. You will also support high-profile clients in technology, financial services, professional services, commodity trading, journalism, hospitality, and the fashion and luxury brand s ectors.
