Great opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a leading, Legal 500 City Firm at Associate or Senior Associate level.

Their industry leading Employment team are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor specialising in high calibre Senior Executive work.

The Opportunity

The Employment team are very highly regarded for their work in acting for Employers and Senior Executives.

The team advise on the full spectrum of Employment issues advising individual senior execs, partners and employers in the financial services, sports, corporate, media, retail, education, visitor attractions and charity sectors.

This senior role will involve predominately advising senior executives in the above mentioned sectors but may also involve advising their employers clients and safeguarding work within the education and sports sector.

As a senior team member, you will be expected to advise on the following:

• Senior executives and partners on entry into new jobs, issues during employment and leaving employment
• Senior executives and partners on employee relations processes including disciplinary and grievances
• Executives and partners who are subject to allegations of breaches of fidelity, fiduciary duties, retention or misuse of confidential information
• Management of Employment Tribunal litigation
• Lager projects, such as larger collective redundancy consultations
• The team's Commercial and Corporate teams in relation to employment due diligence or the TUPE provisions

Requirements

• Qualified Employment Solicitor with between 4 - 6 years' PQE
• Strong track record of acting for and advising Senior Executives at the highest level
• Excellent academics
