Pay Rate: £22.49 per hour Umbrella PAYE

Are you a skilled End of Line Technician ready to jump on the final frontier of automotive excellence ensuring no vehicles leaves the workshop short of perfection? Your Role as an End of Line Technician

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring vehicle perfection - from mechanical builds, sub-assemblies, interior and exterior trim, panel alignments and cosmetics, your role is to rework and rectify any faults that may have been incurred during the hand-built bespoke manufacturing process.

As the End of Line Technician, you’re day-to-day will include:

• Mechanical Finishing – Conduct final mechanical checks, adjustments, and fine-tuning to ensure optimal performance.
• Cosmetic Perfection – Carry out paintwork refinements, panel gapping, and surface corrections to achieve flawless aesthetics.
• Exterior Trim Fitment – Install and align exterior components, including bumpers, badges, lighting, and bespoke finishing details.
• Interior Trim Completion – Fit high-quality interior elements, ensuring precision alignment, impeccable detailing, and a luxury finish.
• Detail-Oriented Problem Solving – Identify and rectify any mechanical, cosmetic, or trim-related imperfections with precision and craftsmanship.
• Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with engineers, fabricators, build technicians and paint specialists to ensure seamless final assembly.
• Customer Satisfaction Excellence – Ensure every vehicle leaving the workshop meets the highest possible standard of quality, performance, and presentation.

This is a hands-on role in a dynamic, high-end automotive environment where attention to detail and a passion for precision craftsmanship are essential.
