What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducting SAP, SBEM, and DSM assessments & calculations
• Delivering overheating and daylighting assessments
• Providing technical support and energy reports for planning applications
• Engaging with clients to identify and implement compliance strategies
• Using advanced energy modelling software to support net-zero carbon strategies

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified in SAP / SBEM / DSM assessments
• Experience in energy modelling & compliance frameworks
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A team player with commercial awareness of building regulations
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel when needed
