Job Title: Energy Sales Agent NO COLD CALLING
Location: Chester
Salary: £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission (OTE £700-£1,200 per month)
Hours: Monday & Thursday 09:00, 17:30 Tuesday 09:00 - 18:30, Wednesday 09:00 - 18:00 & Friday 09:00 - 16:00. (Flexible shifts can be also be discussed for a healthy work/home life balance)

Youll be working with warm leads generated by customers researching their options online and requesting call-backsno cold calling involved. Key Responsibilities of a Energy Sales Agent:
Reach out to existing and previous customers to renew their energy contracts
Evaluate customer satisfaction with their current supplier and suggest alternatives if needed
Consistently meet and exceed set targets and objectives
Respond to customer inquiries and address objections
Maintain a high standard of customer service
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in Commercial Utility Sales (Gas, Electric, Telecoms, Broadband, Water) is a plus
Strong fact-finding and problem-solving abilities
Experience in outbound calls, particularly in telesales or call centres
Ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively
Demonstrated flexibility and determination to meet targets
Excellent communication skills
Track record of success in telesales or similar roles, with a focus on target achievement
