Energy & Sustainability Consultant

MLC Partners are working with a Higher Education organisation who are looking to recruit an Energy & Sustainability Consultant for an initial 6 month period, with the possibility for an extension.

The successful candidate will lead a culture change in relation to energy and sustainability within the organisation.� You will need to be an experienced energy professional, with a background in the Public Sector and have an excellent understanding of what good looks like.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Driving organisation culture change


• Driving energy efficiencies and savings


• Driving energy reduction


• Working with partners and outsourced providers

You will need to understand their estate, working with key stakeholders (both internal and external) and work with the senior team to drive and implement change.

Experience within the Public Sector, Higher Education, NHS or Local Authority is required.� You must be passionate about energy and enthusiastic to make change.

Hybrid working is available, but you will be required to attend their site.
