A new client to Sphere�are looking to appoint a Setting Out Engineer with immediate effect.�

This opportunity is in relation to the Conversion / Refurbishment of a Grade I Listed country estate in Wiltshire. A well known Hedge Fund Manager has bought the House and all associated land, which he will eventually turn into a 100 bedroom private residence.

Your new company are a luxury property specialist based in London, who operate extensively across the Home Counties and English Countryside for wealthy clients.�

My client are looking for an experienced candidate,�capable of undertaking duties such as Setting Out, QA, CAD, Surveys, and Asbuilt Drawings.�

An Engineering Degree / Qualification and CSCS would be essential.�

My client are happy to provide the Robotic Kit if required, or have this supplied by the individual. However pay rates will be dependant on this.�
