We're looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our hard services team based on sites across Southampton.


 


Location: Southampton - with travel to sites in the surrounding areas.


Contract: Full Time - Permanent. 40 hours per week with overtime and call out when required.


 


 


What will you be responsible for?


As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be working within the Hard Services team, supporting them in Maintenance and repairs across a Hard Services Contract.


Your day to day will include:



  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive callouts and minor projects on all associated electrical equipment, general fault finding and repairs to electrical assets and services.

  • Maintaining up to date records of all work carried out on plant and equipment within the site manuals both hard copy files and electronic

  • Participation within an out of normal working hours emergency call out rota and be flexible outside of core working hours

  • Maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and clients, customers and work as part of a team


 


What are we looking for?


This role of Maintenance Engineer is great for you if:



  • You have commercial maintenance experience with a Mechanical or Electrical bias

  • You have experience with PPM and reactive maintenance tasks

  • You have relevant qualifications for your bias (Mechanical or Electrical)

  • You have a full, clean driving license.
