Engineering Maintenance Manager Rochdale Up to £65,000 FMCG My Rochdale based FMCG client is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join them on a permanent full-time basis reporting into the Engineering Manager. The role of the Maintenance Manager position is to ensure the continuous operation of the plant machine and equipment on the site. This will include: Effectively planning and executing planned maintenance, line improvements and project work with formal recording/reporting. Coordinating and implementing improvements in collaboration with production staff, electro mechanics and automation technicians to ensure optimum operation of the machinery. Manage technical services and machinery and equipment on site including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Supporting 4 direct reports Working effectively within budget - Prepare a cost plan for fleet maintenance, inventory buffer, and training. Key Skills and Qualifications Required: Higher education - technical faculty, preferably in the area of Automatics, Mechanics, Electro technicians Technical knowledge of automation, mechanics, electro technicians, pneumatics and hydraulics Skills of continuous improvement and root cause analysis Minimum 3 years of experience in a management position in the FMCG industry Knowledge of legal regulations Knowledge of plant machinery and technology used on site, their operation and maintenance #J-18808-Ljbffr
