As the Engineering Director, you will be tasked with driving innovation, challenging the status quo, inspiring your team, customers and colleagues with your thoughts, actions and outcomes, ultimately contributing to the business growth and profitability. With overall management of the engineering function, you and your team will deliver standard processes and hence quality designs that deliver value for the end user.
With extensive senior level engineering experience, you must be a dynamic leader, with the ability to grow, develop and lead multi-disciplined engineering functions to deliver key technical and strategic objectives. You will be customer focussed and an innovative solutions provider, you can point to credible technological understanding and knowledge that is demonstrable in presenting across all levels.
