About the Scheme:

\n

Our Engineering Graduate Scheme is your pathway to becoming a future leader in engineering. Over two years, you'll rotate across key engineering functions in our business, working on high-impact projects and making decisions that drive real-world results. During this time, we will be proactively working with you throughout this period to secure your permanent role with 2 Sisters at the end of the scheme. We invest a lot in your development and endeavour to offer every graduate who meets the required standards a permanent role, subject to business needs.

\n

As a business with an annual turnover of more than £3 billion, engineering plays a huge part in 2 Sisters and this opportunity allows you to understand the scale and complexity of our production. Due to the nature of our business and this role, you will be based full time at one of our UK poultry production sites, where you will be given real tasks and empowered to make real decisions. You will roll your sleeves up and get stuck into life at 2 Sisters. As an Engineer, you will be key to keeping our sites running and work with some of our hi-tech equipment. You will have exposure to people at different levels and learn from some of the best in the industry.

\n

From your first day with us, you'll be supported with a professional mentor, a buddy, and a coach. They'll work with you to guide your growth and development throughout the programme, giving you the skills and resources you need to thrive at 2 Sisters.

We enable people from every background to achieve their career ambitions, giving them the support, benefits, training and environment they need to thrive at work. We see our graduates driving innovation and change and using their ideas to help shape our future. With that in mind, we'll be developing your engineering capability and developing your knowledge of engineering in our industry. Your growth will be our focus and we'll look to you to help us develop our engineering standards. As you develop your people management and communication skills, you'll show your true potential as a future Engineering leader. We're committed to doing all we can to help you on this journey.

  • \n
  • \nAttributes: You will be naturally curious about improving the way things work and happy to work with others to do so. Highly motivated, self-starter who is up for the challenge, a good collaborator, comfortable with debate and sharing different perspectives, and a passion for food and engineering!
  • \n
\n

How to Apply:

\n

Submit your CV along with a personal statement that outlines your passion for engineering, why you're interested in the role, and why you're a great fit. If you're successful, we will invite you to take a tour of a production site where we prepare poultry for clients including supermarkets. However, this may not be where you're based if you join us. Afterwards, there will be an interview/assessment centre.

\n

If you're ambitious, driven, and eager to make your mark in the food manufacturing industry, apply today and start your journey with 2 Sisters Food Group.
