You will engage in hands-on engineering, writing code to deliver critical technical solutions for large scale distributed and monolithic data storage and data messaging systems. There is a strong focus on robust functional correctness, durability, performance, system security, and more.
Senior Java Infrastructure Engineer Role
- Essential Skills
- At least 6 years of experience with Java
- At least 4 years of experience building and deploying software on Linux-based platforms
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with system designs involving distributed transactions, distributed consensus or distributed replication systems
- Experience working in large projects with complex dependencies.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex requirements and defining a clear delivery roadmap to stakeholders
And at least one of
- At least 4 years of experience with Messaging technologies (such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, Tibco EMS, and others)
- At least 4 years of experience with Database technologies (IBM DB2, MongoDB, Postgres, Sybase ASE, and others)
