Engineering Manager (AI, HPC, Cloud)

This role requires strategic planning, team management, and project oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with the company’s goals.Responsibilities:Manage multiple software development teams focused on cloud solutions for AI applications.Drive the implementation of Agile methodologies for improved team performance.Participate in strategic planning sessions to align technology development with business objectives.Assist in recruiting and training top tech talent to support company growth.Mentor team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.Oversee software projects from inception to deployment, ensuring quality and reliability.Encourage collaboration and idea sharing across the organisation.Qualifications:7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of GPU technology, cloud computing, and AI applications.Proven track record in Agile project management.Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
