As an Engineering Manager you’ll be…

• Leading and managing the engineering team in the region – overseeing and guiding the team to ensure effective collaboration and performance

• Developing and managing engineering project budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope

• Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and problem-solving support to engineering team members to ensure high-quality output

• Allocating and managing resources effectively

• Monitoring performance of teams
