Are you a Technical Manager with a background in Water Treatment Systems looking to work a four day work week?

• Manage escalations and ensure critical issues are addressed promptly

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality and efficiencies.
\n
• Develop and maintain documentation related to technical support procedures.
\n
