Your main responsibilities will include:Minimizing Downtime: Implement strategies to reduce production interruptions and maintain continuous operation.Team Management: Lead and inspire a skilled engineering team, overseeing day-to-day activities and ensuring optimal performance.Senior Management Reporting: Regularly update and report to the board and senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone with a wealth of experience in heavy industry or manufacturing, although this is not essential.
