Engineering Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Operations Manager join our growing client on the South Coast! This would suit a candidate who has excellent team management skills with a technical Engineering background.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role who can lead multi-disciplined teams including the Tooling department, Maintenance, Automation and Control Systems teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Engineering Manager will be leading from the front the Manufacturing Engineering departments and manage all aspects of engineering processes
• Drive continuous improvement activities within the engineering function
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and procedures to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 15001 and ELVD
• Ability to manage costs and budgeting for departments
