Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager, County Antrim, £70,000 plus benefits This is a newly created position within the business to help facilitate business growth and investment and will have you working as a key stakeholder within the Engineering and Manufacturing teams where you will be responsible for; Leadership and development of staff within the Facilities and Process Maintenance, Critical Utilities, Process Engineering & Equipment Validation teams Oversee acquisition, installation, operation, maintenance, disposition of building systems, and production equipment Engineering function finance management Develop and implement capital activities Implementation of highly technical or involved engineering projects in the creation and development of automatic, semi-automatic and manually controlled production machines, and auxiliary equipment Prioritise engineering projects and assignments for completion by the appropriate engineering teams What we are looking for 10 + years experience within a regulated environment, pharma or medical device is highly desirable Experience with plant systems typically found in pharmaceutical GMP production, including clean steam, Water for Injection, autoclaves etc Experience of budgeting, capital investment and expenditure Management experience including leading an engineering or maintenance team Project management experience In return you can expect an excellent package and progression opportunities.
