Salary Circa £47,000 per annum plus company car & benefits
Hours Average 47.75 hours per week, which includes one 6 hour Saturday morning per month. Start/Finish times to be agreed, but will be between 6.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

As the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for managing the Engineering function across four quarry sites and three engineering workshops, the health and safety of staff, contractors, and visitors to site, minimising the effect of the engineering function on the environment, engineering projects planning through to completion in line with the annual budget.
To manage the Engineering functions of the Quarries Business associated with (but not restricted to) all Fixed & Mobile production plant and Quarry Installations. This will include managing engineering staff and contractors, fixed plant upgrade works, preventative and planned maintenance and repair of all plant including electrical installations, fabrication and welding works, workshops and storekeeping and engineering staff recruitment/training.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working Monday to Friday plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
