Are you looking to make a real impact in the Facilities Management industry? A leading

player in the industry is currently looking for an Engineering Manager to join their

growing team in the North of England.
As the Engineering Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

• Managing the day-to-day FM operation to ensure that all contracts are delivered in accordance with SLA’s and PPM schedules.


• Responsible for managing and delivering the day-to-day FM operation to ensure that delivery is in line with our contractual obligations, client expectations and in accordance with SLA’s, budgets, PPM schedules and compliance legislation as well as reactive works and asset management


• Successfully manage and deliver contractual KPI targets


• Process all FM works through the clients FM system, ensuring it is fully utilized, kept up to date and the information is accurate and timely.


• Responsible for managing and developing the onsite FM team through the employee life cycle; including recruitment and selection, induction, onsite training, coaching, performance management and career progression and ensuring they are carrying out their duties and delivering an efficient and effective winning service.

To be successful in the role of Engineering Manager, you’ll bring the following skills and

experience to the role:

• Experience & Qualifications: Mechanical or Electrical background is essential, and experience of supervising/managing a team of engineers within FM


• Expertise: Deep knowledge of M&E systems


• Leadership: Experience managing/supervising skilled technicians and reporting to senior management.
