Job Title: Engineering Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead the development and execution of cutting-edge electronics projects. In this role, you will guide a talented team of engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products, while maintaining efficient project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead and motivate a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of system-level engineering projects, overseeing planning, timelines, and execution across electronics, hardware, firmware, and software domains.
  • Specification & Design Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to define engineering specifications that align with customer needs and market trends.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring financial and project targets are met.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with external suppliers to guide design processes and ensure seamless delivery from prototype to finished product.
  • Customer Interaction: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather customer feedback, ensuring product alignment with market demands.
  • Progress Monitoring: Set clear project priorities, track progress, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance processes and foster ongoing improvements within the engineering team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing electronics engineering projects or a similar technical leadership role.
  • Strong foundation in electronics design and development.
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects to completion, within scope, time, and budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving shared goals.
