My client is an established global manufacturer of large engineered-to-order, industrial prefabricated modular solutions. Involves; fabrications, structural steel, large pipework, HVAC plant.
This senior engineering position requires extensive industrial design expertise and leadership of multidisciplined engineering teams.
The Role

• The purpose of this role is to lead a multi-disciplined team of 12 design engineers
• Oversee the full lifecycle of engineering projects from concept, design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
• Design solutions including; mechanical piping, structural, LV electrical systems, controls and automation
• Provide technical leadership; DfMA, engineering codes
• Develop and implement engineering solutions to complex challenges
• Develop the framework for all technical aspects of solution development and engineered projects
• Ensure that all engineering designs meet relevant codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Act as the primary escalation point of technical queries

Hours: 38 hours, flexible working between (Apply online only), lunchtime finish Fridays
You

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Currently Technical Engineering Manager, Design Manager or Principal Mechanical Engineer similar
• Proficient design expertise; Solidworks, BIM, REVIT
• Ideal experience is in large commercial/industrial HVAC plant, alternatively process engineering projects in oil & gas, petro-chem
